Techno. But especially the last track, which is like a psy-synth-tech opus with a post-rock track’s structure, in 12+ minutes.

Also a wandering, through techno to experimental ambient soft noises.
Sidenote: the last Gonjasufi record is named after an alternate reality perception thing, and this Actress album writes in the press release about “a chrome aspect journey into a parallel world”. Hm.
FJAAK – FJAAK
Technoid music from Berlin. Not all four-by-four though, some broken beats, ambient textures too, but synths and underground electronic vibe all around. Nice find.
Moiré – No Future
I like long player minimal tech-house albums like this because they tend to be a long enough run of perfect listening material for work. Not too much distraction but quite enough pumping energy.

Lemontrip - Fade
This is eerie techno. Like the haunted house on the top of the hill reaching out of the foggy path leading up to it. But with mystic neon-glowing steroids that turned everyone into robot werewolf mutants inside. There are black-eyed floating children on the front porch wearing white nightgowns and staring at you without any blinks as you approach. You hear the techno’s faint thumping through the closed doors like you feel your heartbeat in your throat. The doorframe illuminates with flickering light from inside. And you reach for the doorknob.
Kangding Ray – Ardent
Dark techno. Yes, please.
Thug Entrancer – Arcology
Science-fiction electronic music. I see distant low-poly planets and orbiting geometrical structures but no suns just suble light barely outlining the shapes in the deep space. Best sci-fi music this year so far.
MMTOHS – Luneworks
Slow, ambient, deep techno, intelligent electronic music. Huge soul, embracing, intimate.
Skee Mask – Shred
Triphop tempo, ambient textures, breakbeats. Night time music, atmospheric, feels home.
